tagd-ai is a platform for creating digital content linked to physical objects via QR codes and other identifiers. The Service allows you to:

You may NOT use tagd-ai to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Impersonate others fraudulently
  • Interfere with the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access

  • Engage in any illegal activity

Content Restrictions​

You may NOT post content that:

  • Is illegal or promotes illegal activity
  • Contains explicit sexual content
  • Promotes violence or hatred
  • Harasses or threatens others
  • Infringes copyrights or trademarks
  • Contains malware or phishing
  • Is fraudulent or deceptive
  • Violates privacy rights

Intellectual Property​

  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant us license to host and display it
  • You're responsible for content you create
  • You must have rights to content you post

Our Service​

  • tagd-ai owns the Service and technology
  • Our trademarks are protected
  • You may not copy our software
  • APIs are for permitted use only

Payment Terms​

Subscriptions​

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance
  • Prices are in USD unless specified
  • Prices may change with notice
  • Taxes may apply

Billing​

  • You authorize recurring charges
  • Billing occurs at subscription start
  • Failed payments may suspend service
  • You're responsible for valid payment info

Refunds​

  • Annual plans: 30-day refund window
  • Monthly plans: Generally non-refundable
  • Contact support for billing issues
  • Refunds at our discretion

Cancellation​

  • Cancel anytime via account settings
  • Access continues through paid period
  • No prorated refunds for early cancel
  • Data accessible for 30 days after

Service Availability​

Uptime​

  • We strive for high availability
  • Maintenance may cause downtime
  • We'll provide advance notice when possible
  • No guarantee of 100% uptime

Changes to Service​

We may:

  • Modify features or functionality
  • Add or remove capabilities
  • Update pricing with notice
  • Discontinue service with notice

Data Backup​

  • We maintain backups for disaster recovery
  • Backups are for our use, not user recovery
  • You should maintain your own backups
  • Export tools are available

No Guarantees​

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous, uninterrupted service
  • Error-free operation
  • Security against all threats
  • Accuracy of third-party content
  • Results from using the Service

Limitation of Liability​

Damages Cap​

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAGD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS
  • DAMAGES EXCEEDING FEES PAID IN PRIOR 12 MONTHS

Exceptions​

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts in Delaware for any disputes arising from these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted unless otherwise specified.
