How It Works​

AI Chat:

  1. Understands your question
  2. Searches your tags for relevant info
  3. Synthesizes an answer
  4. Cites sources from your tags

Accessing AI Chat​

From Dashboard​

  1. Click the AI Chat button
  2. Or press Ctrl/Cmd + K
  3. Type your question

From Tag View​

  1. Open any tag
  2. Click Ask AI
  3. Ask about this specific tag

Asking Questions​

General Questions​

Ask about anything in your tags:

"What are the maintenance intervals for the pump?"
"Who is the contact for building security?"
"What's the warranty period for our equipment?"

Specific Tag Questions​

When viewing a tag:

"Summarize this document"
"What are the key points?"
"When was this last updated?"

Cross-Tag Questions​

Find information across multiple tags:

"List all equipment due for maintenance"
"What locations have WiFi passwords documented?"
"Show me all safety warnings"

Tips for Better Answers​

Be Specific​
