Bulk Printing
When you need to print many QR codes, tagd-ai offers tools for efficient bulk operations.
Bulk Download
Download Multiple QR Codes
- Go to your Dashboard
- Select multiple tags (Ctrl/Cmd + click)
- Click Bulk Actions → Download QR Codes
- Choose format (PNG or SVG)
- Download as ZIP file
The ZIP contains individually named QR code files.
Download All Tags
- Go to Settings → Export
- Click Export All QR Codes
- Choose format and size
- Download ZIP file
Print Sheets
Generate Print Sheets
Create ready-to-print PDF sheets:
- Select tags for printing
- Click Bulk Actions → Create Print Sheet
- Configure:
- Paper size (Letter, A4, Custom)
- QR code size
- Labels (tag title, ID, etc.)
- Grid layout (2×4, 3×6, etc.)
- Generate PDF
- Print the PDF
Print Sheet Options

Bulk Tag Creation
Create Multiple Tags at Once
- Go to Settings → Bulk Operations
- Click Create Multiple Tags
- Enter quantity (up to 100)
- Set options:
- Title pattern (e.g., "Asset-{number}")
- Starting number
- Default content
- Folder destination
- Click Create
Naming Patterns
Use placeholders in titles:
\{number\}- Sequential number (001, 002, 003)\{date\}- Creation date\{random\}- Random characters
Examples:
Asset-\{number\}→ Asset-001, Asset-002Item-\{date\}-\{number\}→ Item-2024-01-15-001
CSV Import
Create Tags from Spreadsheet
- Prepare a CSV file:
title,content,folder
"Server Rack 1","Located in Data Center A","Equipment"

- Go to Settings → Import
- Upload your CSV
- Map columns to fields
- Click Import
